Without Payment

If your meter is Stop Meter | Creeping Forward | Defective Meter then :

  • Go to CWD then ask that you are requesting for change meter.
  • The job order will be forwarded and signed by the authorized person or the officer.
  • After signing, It will be forwarded to the technical department for the releasing of the materials.
  • The technical personnel will be forwarded to the assigned lineman.

With Payment

If your meter is Burned Meter | Overload Meter then :

  • Firstly, Proceed to the ISD department and ask for the assessment form for the computation of the amount to be settled.
  • After giving the assessment, the consumer will pay for the replacement of the meter at the teller.
  • After paying, Return to the ISD personnel and give the copy of the receipt.
  • The ISD personnel will issue a job order.
  • That job order will be forwarded and signed by the authorized personnel or officer.
  • After signing it will be forwarded to technical department for the releasing of materials.
  • The technical personnel will now coordinate with the assigned lineman for the meter replacement.
