Steps for Reconnection of your Meter
- Attend a Seminar.
- Pay your bills and the reconnection fee.
- Proceed to CWD and give the copy of receipt.
- Wait until the CWD officer issue the job order using the customer service program.
- After issue,your paper is under verification and checking of the authorize personnel of IEC.
- After checking, your application will be forward to the Technical Department for the issuance of meter.
- The technical personnel will be forward to the assign maintenance.
Steps for Request of Disconnection
Do you have all your required documents ready? Here’s what you need to do next:
Make a request of disconnection letter and pass it to IEC Office.
Note: The bill should be settled first before disconnection.
Afterwards, a lineman will disconnect the meter installed in your house.
